It was long and tiring. A real battle between people with conservative and liberal points of view. I managed to stay calm as my thoughts went far away to the Driving instructor course I was going to complete. Generally, I like my job but sometimes I dream of a post in a small company, doing something more practical, having more human contact. In our big company we are all rather anonymous, dont know each other well and our contacts are reserved and businesslike. There isnt much time to socialize or chat. Driving instructor course may enable me to change my job one day, maybe not immediately but theres an option. As thoughts of working on my own with a single student came to my mind, theres been a total collapse of motivation in my present job. I realized that becoming an instructor can be full-time activity and not just way of earning money for holidays. Driving a car, meeting new people, no stress with deadlines, audits, meetings - it all sounds good for me. What I need to do is driving instructor course and start working and earning money in this way. It may occur that reality is quite different from my expectations, but sill I believe its worth trying. At least I would be able to go on holidays.
